Find your tickets

Your tickets were sent to the email address you used at checkout, from Gatekeepers, right after you paid. The subject line has the event name. Search your inbox and spam folder for the event name or “Gatekeepers”.

Open that confirmation email to get back to your tickets. The QR codes are in it. Its Find my tickets link opens your order page, which shows the tickets for about an hour on the device you bought them on, and after that offers to send them again.

Still can’t find them?

Tell support the event name and the email address on your order and they will point you to your tickets.
