Do attendees need an account?
No. Attendees enter their name and email at checkout and receive tickets via email.
Do guests need an app to check in?
No. Your staff can scan tickets in the browser at /scan using an access code you generate.
Can multiple staff scan at once?
Yes. You can generate multiple access codes for staff, and scans sync to the same event guest list.
How do payouts and refunds work?
Gatekeepers uses Stripe Connect. Payouts, refunds, and your payout schedule run through your connected Stripe account.
Does the scanner work offline?
The scanner requires an internet connection to validate access codes and check in tickets. Attendees can screenshot their QR code in case venue signal is spotty.
