From the dashboard
From the dashboard header, select Scanner.
Camera access
Allow camera access when prompted so the app can read QR codes.
Positioning
Hold the QR code steady inside the frame; avoid glare and motion.
Valid
Ticket is accepted and marked as checked in.
Already checked in
Ticket was used earlier—verify guest identity if needed.
Invalid
Code isn't recognized or order was cancelled—redirect to a help desk.
Won't scan
Clean the camera, increase screen brightness, and try again.
Cracked screen or paper ticket
Move closer, then farther; tilt slightly to reduce glare.
Slow line
Assign multiple codes to different devices so more staff can scan simultaneously.
